Responsibilities

1、Lead the feasibility and risk assessment of new product manufacturing processes, and confirm and discuss important technical issues in engineering;

2、Lead the production process of new products from NPI to MP: confirm the project status and prepare data in the early stage of trial production, confirm the technical status and documents of the project with the R&D and project managers before trial production, prepare for trial production, complete the analysis of trial production abnormalities, solve trial production problems, provide feedback and summarize the trial production report, and track and promote improvement;

3、Preparation of process documents (process flow diagram, PEMEA, BOM specification book, preliminary SOP, etc.) for the early stage of new product introduction and production process documents for the later stage;

Qualifications

2、Familiar with the post assembly process of network communication products such as servers and switches, including PCBA electrical assembly, finished product assembly, FVT testing, aging, packaging, etc;

3、 Having over 5 years of experience in PE engineering management;

4、Have good skills in writing process documents, hands-on skills, and communication and coordination abilities;

5、Have a certain level of electronic circuit analysis ability and be familiar with the basics of electronic circuits.
