In order to ensure that your service needs are effectively met, when your product fails, please send an email for consultation and repair.
1) 24-hour response: When receiving your repair mail, we will contact you within 24 hours to communicate maintenance matters;
2)No free service period, you can pay to order our service products, to provide you with worry-free extended warranty service support;
3)Special circumstances: When your time is not convenient for the engineer service or force majeure causes the service cannot be provided in time, the service time is subject to the consultation between the engineer and you.
1)For product related pre-sale purchase, technical problems, service demands, opinions and suggestions, you can get help through service@glory-t.tech;
2)From the date of your purchase of the product (subject to the effective contract warranty start date), the product hardware performance failure, you can enjoy the specified service commitment.
1)Warranty certificate: When the hardware fails within the scope of warranty, you can enjoy the warranty service with the Product Warranty Certificate and valid contract;
2)Warranty start date: under normal circumstances, it will be calculated based on the date of your effective contract or the date marked in the Product Warranty Certificate. If you cannot provide the above valid warranty certificate, we will calculate the warranty date with the product's factory date plus 90 days;
3)Products or parts repaired or replaced within the scope of warranty shall continue to enjoy warranty services during the remaining warranty period. If the remaining warranty period is less than 3 months, the remaining warranty period shall be calculated as 3 months, but if the initial warranty period is less than 1 year, the remaining warranty period shall be calculated as 30 days.
The machine (including parts) failure or damage in the following cases are not included in the warranty, please choose paid maintenance services.
1)Bundled sales and accessories not produced by the original factory;
2)Unable to provide warranty vouchers, effective procurement contracts;
3)The whole machine and components have exceeded the warranty period;
4)Machine failure or damage caused by customers or non-authorized service agencies to repair and disassemble machines and components;
5)Failure or damage caused by accidents or human causes, including operation errors, scratches, handling, bump, voltage does not meet standards, foreign bodies (water or other items) in the machine;
6)Failure or damage caused by the use of pirated software, third-party software and viruses that have not been certified and publicly issued by testing and certification bodies in relevant fields;
7)Failure or damage caused by natural disasters and other force majeure (such as earthquake, fire).
1)When the parts you purchased exceed the warranty period or cannot be returned to the manufacturer due to your own reasons, you need to pay the spare parts cost and service fee when accepting the repair service. The spare parts will enjoy three months warranty service after the repair is completed, except for the parts that are free of recycling promised by our company;
2)When you purchase our products, the seller may install some non-original hardware and software for you or make other service commitments beyond the scope of this service commitment to you, please confirm that the service commitments beyond the above terms of service are to be fulfilled by the promisor, and remind you to ask the promisor for written proof that our company will not undertake any service commitments beyond the terms of service;
3)Within the scope of warranty, except for the original factory promised to avoid recycling parts, the ownership of the devices replaced by maintenance belongs to our company.
